About Me

During my 20's I...

• worked with others to abolish the juvenile death penalty in SD
• finished college at Dakota Wesleyan University
• got married to a wonderful and beautiful companion
• lived abroad in Northern Ireland
• volunteered at East Belfast Mission
• completed seminary at Candler School of Theology
• pastored and did community work in Pierre, SD
• became a father to an adorable wee girl

I'm starting my 30's by... 

returning to the Black Hills to pastor Grace United Methodist Church in Piedmont, SD. As my wife, child, and beagle move West, it is my hope to continue bearing witness to God's kingdom, grace, and love in the world. The relaunch of  www.krogermix.com is my attempt to be intentional about sharing stories from this new adventure, and to once again share resources and reflections in the lifelong adventure of following Jesus.
