John Deer, a Catholic priest and peacemaker recently suggested "The Only Diet for a Peacemaker Is a Vegetarian Diet." But if you're not ready for that perhaps you could just eat less meat. The top UN climate scientist has suggested that people should consider eating less meat as a way of combating global warming.
